Is this a template I can edit myself?
-No, I complete all the editing and send you a ready to print product.
How do I purchase a photo Christmas card from you?
-I currently only sell the Christmas cards via my Etsy Shop. You just need to add the card to your shopping cart and follow the check out procedures.
What information do you need from me?
-Name(s), personalized message (optional), a large, high resolution picture in JPEG format, and how you are going to print the file. This helps me ensure I format the image correctly for your printing needs. See the next question for information on how to provide this information to me.
How do I provide the information for my card to you?
-There is a space during check out for notes to seller. You can leave the information, such as name, and personalized message there. The picture should be emailed to [email protected].
Can you customize these cards?
-I can customize color and text for you at no additional charge. Major revisions such as adding additional graphics, significantly altering layout or design will be subject to additional fees.
What is the turn around time to receive my file?
-You will receive a proof in aprox 48 hours, this will go to the email address you provided to Etsy. Please be sure you check your spam folder as sometimes my emails can get caught there. Once you approve the proof I will email you your final file.
How do I print these?
-You can print them yourself if you have a photo printer, you would print them like any other picture on photo paper or heavy card stock. You can also have photo printing places print them for you (such as Walgreens or Costco) or even a local print shop. This can be done via their websites or by placing the file on a flash drive/memory card and physically taking it in.
Can you print them for me?
-Absolutely! Just message me via my Etsy shop.
Will the printed product look just like it does the screen?
-Monitor setting can vary so there may be differences in the color of the printed product vs what you see on the screen.
